"A major architect of Trudeau’s foreign policy and adviser on the file, Roland Paris, moved back to University of Ottawa. He leaves his thumbprint on the portfolio after spending half a year as a senior adviser in the PMO on international affairs. Paris helped develop the Liberal Party’s foreign policy platform ahead of the 2015 election. He’ll be an interesting figure to watch as he re-enters the public speaking circuit." —iPolitics
